STEP insulator
Bus insulators are used to fasten current-carrying buses inside power cabinets and assemblies in order to fix and isolate current-carrying parts from the case and assembly panels, with subsequent connection of power conductors for power distribution inside the shield. The insulator is fastened on one side with a bolt to the mounting plate or housing, on the other hand, a current-carrying busbar is attached to the insulator. Each bar is mounted on at least two insulators (at the ends of the bar), and intermediate insulators can also be installed (depending on the installation scheme and the length of the bar).
